Shipping
Yes! We offer worldwide shipping!
Please note due to shipping restrictions from our suppliers, we are unable to ship to certain countries.
To avoid any delays in your order, please ensure all your address details are entered correctly, including building name/number, company/office name and post/zip code.

Please be advised that orders shipped internationally to the United States may be subject to import tariffs, duties, and taxes. These are assessed by U.S. Customs and are to be remitted by the recipient. Unfortunately, we are not able to provide estimates or assume payment of these charges.
For customers in France, orders over €150 in value (inc. shipping fee) we advise against. If you wish to order more than this total amount, we suggest that you split the order so total value is less than €150.
For any orders from the EU that fall above the €150 IOSS limit (exc. France) the customer will strictly be paying duties for.
Dear Sunday is not responsible for any additional import/customs charges.

Yes, we have gift cards available to use at Dear Sunday.

Orders
This depends on the delivery method you select at checkout, your options are listed here.
You will receive an email regarding your shipping confirmation when your order leaves our warehouse.
You will be sent a tracking number and link in your dispatch email.
If you spot any mistakes in your order, need to change any address details or products, please contact us on hello@dearsunday.com within 2 hours of placing your order. Unfortunately we cannot make any changes once your order has been dispatched.
Returns
If you've changed your mind and would like to return your item for an exchange or refund, please email us on hello@dearsunday.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

We always try to issue the refund as fast as possible. Once we’ve received your return your refund will be processed. Please then allow up to 7 working days for your bank to issue your refund.

At Dear Sunday, we order stock in relation to demand, and is produced in small quality batches to avoid textile waste. Our products are all individually handmade, so this takes time to restock.
You can sign up to our mailing list to be the first to know when a new collection is dropping, giving you the chance to shop ahead of the general launch to guarantee you get your hands on your fave pieces.
